RESPONSABILITATI

-Gestioneaza activitatile administrative in relatiile cu partenerii si furnizorii;
-Administreaza statului de salarii;
-Gestioneaza fluxului de documente cerute prin lege;
-Intocmeste, gestioneaza si indosariaza documentele privind administrarea de personal (contracte de munca, decizii incetare, acte aditionale, etc.);
-Acorda asistenta si consultanta tuturor angajatilor referitor la prevederile politicilor de resurse umane ale companiei;
-Intocmeste si elibereaza, la cerere, documente solicitate de catre (fost) salariat;
-Acorda suport angajatilor in legatura cu problemele legate de relatiile de munca;


CERINTE

-Limba franceza - nivel mediu B2;
-Limba engleza - nivel mediu B2;
-Experienta in cadrul unui post similar (constituie avantaj);
-Cunostinte de baza din domeniul de activitate;
-Bune abilitati de comunicare si de colaborare;
-Nivel inalt de implicare si responsabilitate;
-Abilitati excelente de organizare si prioritizare a sarcinilor;
