Your task is to provide client specific software support to travel agencies and airlines customers
You will handle incoming phone calls, web-submits and e-mails received.
You will diagnose, troubleshoot and solve 1st level Help-Desk issues
Outbound calls to customers and vendors will be necessary to provide them feedback and solutions on their specific problems.
This function is a full time function (40h/week)
You are fluent in Italian
You have a good command of English
You feel comfortable with PC and Microsoft office package
You have a first experience in an travel agency or a call center environment
You are stress-resistant and multi-tasking.
