Your task is to provide client specific software support to travel agencies and airlines customers by handling incoming phone calls, web-submits and emails.
- Proficiency in Hungarian language and good English skills;
- Medium IT skills (MS Office package)
- Troubleshooting skills;
- Fast learner;
- Customer-oriented;
- Self motivated, positive attitude and approach;
- Previous travel agent experience is highly desirable (but not compulsory).
