Your task is to provide client specific software support to travel agencies and airlines customers.
Description :
You will handle incoming phone calls, web-submits and e-mails received.
You will diagnose, troubleshoot and solve 1st level Help-Desk issues
Outbound calls to customers and vendors will be necessary to provide them feedback and solutions on their specific problems.
This function is a full time function (40h/week)
- Fluent in Greek language written & speaking
- Good command of English
- Previous work experience in an travel agency or a call center environment will be an asset
- Customer-oriented & stress-resistant.
