Your task is to provide specific software support to travel agencies and airlines customers
You will handle incoming phone calls, web-submits and e-mails received
You will diagnose, troubleshoot and solve 1st level Help-Desk issues
Outbound calls to customers and vendors will be sometimes necessary, in order to provide them feedback and solutions on their specific problems
This function is a full time function (40h/week) that requires also night shifts.
You are fluent in GERMAN + ENGLISH
You feel comfortable with PC and Microsoft office package
Travel agency or call center environment experience is highly desirable
You don’t have specific experience but you graduated Geography&Tourism University
