- managing the full marketing mix and budget for the company in Romania
- developing a detailed understanding of the multi-channel (online and retail) sports betting and gaming market and customers in Romania
- capitalizing on the scale of a 600+ nationwide shop estate to leverage the brand and business benefits of the estate for both the retail and online businesses
- designing and delivering the marketing strategy to achieve overall growth objectives
- working with all parts of the organization both locally in Romania and across the Group in order to develop online, in-shop and above the line (TV, print, online etc.) marketing , communications and promotions plan
- managing the development and implementation of a suite of performance driven marketing analytics
- translating marketing strategy into operational reality coherently reflected in the company’s product, marketing and service propositions
- overall responsibility for the creative and media-buying briefing process
- working with Online and Retail Operations teams to: manage the development of the shop estate and assist in product development for both online and the shop estate

Requirements:
- at least 10 years of experience with a proven track record in marketing management, ideally within retail and/or multi-channel businesses
- results-oriented and customer focused
- previous responsibility for KPI's and delivery of P&L
- strong commercial awareness and analytical skills
- budget management skills
- excellent communication and leadership skills
- ability to formulate and present a business case and business plan to a diverse audience
