Responsibilities:
Organizes and coordinates the activity of editorial department
Coordinates the activity of the other Editors In Chief
Makes the editorial plan for the medical magazines, choses the subjects and writes editorials and articles in magazines
Implements the editorial strategy of the medical magazines
Ensures in due time the editorial content of the medical magazines
Coordinates the proof reading, DTP, translations, copy editing, PR review activities
Organizes and coordinates the activity of editing and printing medical brochures
Elaborates and edit articles / interviews for the medical magazines
Colaborates with printing houses ( price offers, negociations, calculations )
Responsible for obtaining the accreditation from CMR for the medical magazines and EMCD / EFCD program
Responsible for obtaining the accreditation from CNCSIS for the medical magazines
Responsible for obtaining ISSN and E- ISSN codes for the medical magazines
Responsible for making the budget for the editorial department
Respects the deadlines for medical magazines
Colaborates and maintains the relationship with the collaborators of the magazines and institutions from medical and pharmaceutical field
Participates to various events / press conferences
Ensures a real suport for the company's sales team regarding achieving the target of the magazines;
The ideal candidate:
University graduate - Journalism / Medical is a plus
Relevant experience in a similar position ( minimum 4 years )
Very good knowledge of romanian language, written and spoken
Very good knowledge of medical language
Very good knowledge of english language, written and spoken
Very good knowledge of MS Office
Has to have a very good knowledge of the medical and pharmaceutical field
Ability to work under the presure of deadlines
Ability to coordinate a team
