As Account Payable you will:
- Open incoming scanned invoices in workflow tool;
- Check the supplier data and details in the ERP system;
- Sort invoices according to criteria (document type, purchase order, headquarter or branch);
- Communicate and clarify with suppliers;
- Send invoices back to suppliers.
As a Procurement Agent:
•Processing of procurement documents, including writing, updating and improving of SOP
•Processing & booking of purchasing requisitions, purchase orders, materials catalogues, delivery notes, goods receipts and other procurement documents
•Answering supplier’s requests & purchasing hotline
•Procurement reporting
