AMA is seeking a passionate, adaptive and pioneering Game Designer that is ready to take their creativity and industry leading skills to the next level of gaming. Blending expertise with innovation, this individual will help define engaging entertainment that will appeal and showcase original experiences to a wide player audience.


Main duties:
Designing mobile games: writing design docs, drawings, diagrams, flowcharts and any other necessary documents to communicate both design intent and design details.
Delivering mathematical and design documentation for each project and follow its full implementation through the development process.
Effectively communicate design solutions through a variety of means, from informal one‐on‐ones to detailed design documents.
Constructively communicate and leverage a motivated cross-disciplined team, participate and grow in a collaborative environment, and help shape the industry with their innovative solutions.
Conduct design research and present findings as it pertains to AMA titles.
Delivering unique, innovative and engaging designs while dealing with platform limitations.
Taking an active part in the game prototyping. Working with game /resource editors, graphics software and scripting.
Have meticulous attention to detail to meet jurisdictional requirements and achieve optimal designs.
Maintain active field research, analysis and industry knowledge to clearly understand and convey player profiles to develop new features and products.
Jointly develop and adapt prototypes and simulators (C++, C#, VBA) to play test, refine and troubleshoot calculations on game concepts.


CERINTE

Required Job Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Game Design or equivalent experience.
Experience with one or more game titles in a game designer role.
A passion for games, mobile gaming platforms and other elements of gaming culture, and also PC/console games.
Ability to rapidly prototype gameplay to prove out concepts.
Understanding the game design theoretical fundamental and knowledge of game mechanics.
Experience using game editors (e.g. UDK, Unity, Hammer).
A very clear understanding of the differences in user experience sought on the different platforms.
Strong understanding of the realities of game creation from an art, tech and design standpoint.
Understanding of the basics of Free To Play monetization techniques.
Ability to conceptualise, analyse and implement game ideas using various tools and technologies.
The ability to document ideas, concepts, and technical design in a format that is easy for all team members to understand.
Very good command of English language in written and spoken form.
