As a Finance Expert you will design the finance solutions, focusing on Accounts Payable or General Ledger process, for multinational corporations, share best practices, monitor and manage ERP system implementation and overview knowledge transfer processes. As Lean and Six Sigma are part of Genpact’s DNA you will learn about them and enhance your solutions by including them in your projects.
Experience & Background:
Robust Finance & Accounting background (6 to 8 years), with focus on Accounts Payable or General Ledger process.
Proven record of Project Management and Consulting assignments
Hands on experience with ERP platforms (especially Oracle or SAP)
Background in a multinational environment (Big 4/ Audit represents an advantage) and exposure to CXO level
Capacity effectively manage multiple activities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Strong leadership skills
Ability to smoothly manage Excel, Power Point and Visio
Availability to travel - over 70%
Educational background:
Finance & Accounting Bachelor degree
CA/CPA qualifications
Finance MBA (not mandatory)
Language Skills:
English (upper intermediate/ proficiency)
Any other European Language represents a plus (intermediate/ upper intermediate)
