RESPONSABILITATI

Coordinate actively the process trainers;
Prepare, develop and implement a training plan for employees;
Design and deliver training programs on finance and accounting;
Adapt training materials to local current needs;
Collect, consolidate and file presence sheets, feedback forms, knowledge tests;
Evaluate and implement development programs according to established training methods.


CERINTE

At least 3 years previous experience in accounting activities (AR, AP, GL);
"Train the trainers" certificate is a must;
Strong SAP and Office skills;
Project management background will be a plus;
Fluency in English and in another main European Language;
Outstanding presentation skills.
