Calculation of available machine capacity or rentability calculation of investments in case of missing capacity
Rentability Calculations for products in development or in change
Consulting of the organisational units regarding the most economical design of new signal lamps or beacons and their components
Identification and/or elaboration in teams of cost reduction potentials and implementation of the according changes
Prepare decision basis for make or buy decisions
Continuous comparison of of existing calculations with the real situation in production and correction if necessary
Benchmark of Romania production with the costs of other Hella sites worldwide
Adopt corporate calculation standards to local requirements in cooperation with headquarter where necessary and ensure the use of given calculation rules, tools and standards in the organisational units.
- Profound technical education in engineering (graduate engineer, mechanical design and production, injection moulding);
- Good knowledge in cost accounting and process cost accounting;
- Good knowledge in Microsoft Office programmes;
- SAP know-how;
- Basic know-how of MTM, REFA;
-Fluent English in spoken and written is essential, good German in spoken and written preferable;
- Excellent analytical and conceptual skills;
- Ability to judge target oriented production processes;
- Will and ability to accomplish good solutions;
- Good negotiation skills;
- Responsible, high level of commitment, self-contained, communicative and cooperative.
