RESPONSABILITATI

Main Purpose of the job

Manage customer experience and ensure that they are effective with using Enea products
Use all your engineering skills to best analyze information and solve complex problems from Enea customers.

Responsibilities

Lead communication with customers during investigations
Independently analyze code, isolate software issues, write test applications, debug problems, configure systems
Work closely with development teams to resolve issues
Validate and deliver solutions that meet both quality criteria and customer needs
Provide feedback to management and product teams based on customer input


CERINTE

BS/MS Degree in Computer Science or related field
Experience with C/C++ applications development and debugging
Experience in software development in technical areas such as RTOS, Linux, IP/networking technologies, distributed or embedded real-time systems
Knowledge or experience with low-level software, device driver, multi-process applications
Knowledge of hardware architectures and concepts, e.g. ARM, PowerPC, DSP-based systems is a plus
Natural curiosity towards understanding and debugging systems
Proactive and helpful attitude
Good level of English
