• You will be working directly with the, giving you chance to drive company
organisation and structure
• You will be responsible for daily operations, manufacturing, managing external
suppliers, and meeting milestones set out in the company business plan
• Expanding our manufacturing partners, ensure quality and ensure budgets
• Together with the CEO setting and ensuring execution of product vision
• Steer and own relentless execution of the developed initiatives and programs - this
will ultimately make the difference
• Experience in operational leadership roles with top-line responsibility and proven
success, ideally at a startup in the fashion space
• Experience in leading and managing team of more then 20 employees for more then
5 years
• Experience with international companies required
• Strong leadership skills with proven ability to build and motivate a team
• Strong experience in building and leading a sustainable organisation
• Strong organisaltional and analytical skills
• Bachelor's Degree required, MBA from an international educational institutions a plus
