- familiarize self with knowledge of product/destination and suppliers
- action all relevant requests quickly (within 24 hours), efficiently and accurately
- develop good working relationships with suppliers
- keep sales informed of any events, incidents, which may prevent the smooth running of their tours
- send out promotional messages/memos
- assist other European Data teams members as and when workload dictate
- undertake, as requested, other tasks or projects and complete within the given time frame
- negotiate contracts for relevant items as requested by the European office manager and ensure the system accurately reflects contract, including supplier information
For one of our clients, a worldwide B2B operator, providing high quality ground services for travel agencies which are offering destinations such as South America, USA, Canada, Africa, Middle East, Russia, Australia and New Zealand, we are looking for a Destination Executive with fluent English&Italian.
Requirements:
- past experience/working knowledge of contracting or Data in the Travel/Hospitality industry is preferable
- outstanding oral and written communication skills
- attention to details
- self-motivation & ability to work to meet tight deadlines
- advanced level of English and Italian
- good working knowledge of MS Office
