As a part of our Analytics team, you will work together with colleagues and supervisors on assigned projects to make sure internal management and client needs are met. You will be using statistical and visual analysis tools, gathering and interpreting data, in order to offer clients a complex overview upon applicant trends.
Desired Skills and Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree or higher;
• Strong Statistical Analysis and Data Mining;
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills;
• Previous experience in handling projects that require accuracy and close attention to detail (preferably projects that involved large amounts of data within spreadsheet and database programs);
• Ability to meet critical deadlines and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment;
• Strong attention to detail;
• Independent decision making and problem solving skills;
• Good written and spoken English.
It is considered a plus:
• Database experience;
• Experience with statistical or analytical tools;
• Experience in using CRM.
