• Interpret and analyze external and internal data results in an integrated manner, in order to understand eMAG`s evolution within the market;
• Analyze products association, cross selling, product placements and the ways of promotion;
• Develop and implement data collection systems and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and data quality;
• Analyze the actual consumers behavior, their segmentation;
• Study the behavior of eMAG visitors;
• Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources and maintain databases/data systems;
• Data Management - entry, auditing, reporting, and monitoring data systems;
• Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets;
• Filter and “clean” data, and review reports and performance indicators to locate and correct code problems;
• Work closely with management to prioritize business and information needs;
• Provide analytic expertise to support company goals and objectives;
• Seamlessly communicate information to internal and external users that can be easily understood and used;
• Generate reports in support of various internal and external stakeholders on the required schedule of frequency;
• Work closely with the web & development and business intelligence teams in order to prioritize business and information needs.
• Bachelor Degree
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
• Proven working experience as a Data Analyst
• Proficient In Microsoft Excel (testing is required)
• Strong knowledge of and experience with reporting packages, databases
• Experience using statistical packages for analyzing large datasets
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
• Adept at queries, report writing and presenting findings
• Excellent organizational abilities and communications skills
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
