Assures 1st level support for financial application users:
- user assistance;
- user profile creation and modification;
- interface with 2nd level support in Paris;
Administration of Data feeding layer:
- manual and automated upload of data files;
- follow-up of data processing;
- data referential management: Group and customized referential;
Data processing management in financial application:
- workflow management;
- documentation of financial control processes in financial application;
User acceptance tests on new releases of the application.
Strong informatics academic background (preferably A.S.E. – Cybernetics, Statistics and Economic Informatics);
Minimum 2 years experience in software with preference on BI, data feeding layer (ODS) and Oracle tools;
Strong knowledge about Business Inteligence Tools;
Organization and planning abilities, reliability and quality orientation;
Good abilities to work under tight schedules;
Advanced level of French&English
