RESPONSABILITATI

The role of customer service representative within Ermewa is quite diverse, as you will be the main point of contact for (part of) our customer base.
Tasks include;
• Invoicing / Administration of service requests for wagons.
• Arrange damage repairs / periodical maintenance and such in unison with the client, relationship with workshops from Romania and all East Europe
• Wheel set and spare parts administration
• Keep the system up to date with all relevant information and documentation regarding wagon’s repair, in a specialized ERP.
• Customer complaints treatment, scrapping process.
• Answer any general inquiries your clients might have with regards to their leased fleet.
• Keep in touch with our suppliers, follow up on deadlines set.
There is also an element of sales support to this role;
• Deal with new inquiries from clients.
• Keep in touch with fleet management at head office to keep track of wagon availability.
• Create offers / contracts in our ERP system.


CERINTE

Previous experience in customer support/ sales activity
Ability to prioritize and delivering a high quality of service in a timely, professional and consistent manner
A good understanding of customer fulfillment processes and operations procedures. Excellent communication skills
Empathy, team work ability and communication developed skills;
- Business acumen and project skills;
- Flexible and able to manage changes;
- Open Minded and proactive approach;
Fluent English, French is a plus.
Knowledge of Serbian, German, or Magyar languages will be highly appreciate.
