We are looking for a talented polylinguist, with English and Russian, to work in our new Customer Support team. The workload will be carried through writing, so it is essential to be an excellent writer, in both Russian and English.
It is a great opportunity, to work in a tech-driven company. Full of interesting and challenging projects, in a relaxed and friendly environment, our headquarters are in the heart of the city, at Unirii Square.

Responsibilities:
Responsible with helping the customers via e-mail and live chat
Checking data in order to prevent and solve possible problems.

Requirements

Hard skills:
Great written Russian skills (mandatory);
Above average written English skills (mandatory);
Betting and sports knowledge is a plus.

Soft skills:
Excellent communication skills (ability to communicate technical problems concisely and efficiently);

Well-organized and able to work with short deadlines;

Previous experience is not mandatory;
The working schedule is of 5 days a week in a rotation system that will cover 2 weekends per month, depending on the workload.
The working hours span between 09:00 AM - 17:00 PM.
