THE CUSTOMER SUPPORT REPRESENTATIVE IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FOLLOWING ACTIVITIES:
• Managing all incoming phone calls, faxes, emails, and web requests and associated documentation.
• Creation, management, and dispatch of all Technical Assistance Center, Service, and Order Service Requests.
• Creation of activities for service, preventative maintenance, technical assistance requests.
• Process customer orders and quotes relating to contract, bonded, SPOT, repair, and warranty.
• Drives high customer satisfaction and quality with the ability to resolve customer inquiries on the first call.
• Proactive communication and standardized follow up for customer inquiries.
• Service Request Management creation, maintenance, dispatch, quality, and closure.
• Timely execution of assigning, dispatch, and closure of Service Requests, Orders, and Quotes.
• Drives workload resolution through system queue management and reporting.
• Develop and assess work process strategies, make suggestions for improvements during relevant meetings
• Highlight any safety, program, process, or infrastructure issues of importance and escalate to management
• Build strong relationships with the field, marketing, and sales to identify opportunities for improvement.
REQUIREMENTS
• University Graduate
• Past experience in a customer focussed environment
• Excellent language skills ( POLISH and English)
• Previous work experience in using SAP or similar
• Ability to follow standard processes and procedures
• High attention to detail including accurate recording and management of data
• Excellent communication/phone skills.
• Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with customers
