- Provide telephone assistance based on customer requirements and established procedures

- Actively promote & sale clients services and products

- Managing multiple activities at the same time ( accessing specific software and complete data during the conversation with the customer )
- Ability to find solutions in a short time analytical mind and spirit of initiative.
