Active communication with the customers via phone / e-mail ( incoming calls only)
Providing information to customers according to their needs
Responsible for the entire reservation process
Work with internal database

Solving clients queries in case necessary
Collaboration with other departments and colleagues

CERINTE

Fluent in English and German language
Previous experience in services is welcome
