Responsibilities

- Offers support by e-mail to survey respondents from UK, in English;
- Updates the database according to the respondents’ requests;
- Investigates complaints, alerts the responsible departments and does his/her best to reach a satisfying resolution for the respondent;
- Draws up monthly reports in order to monitor his/her support activities, as well as those related to the communication with the respondents.

Requirements

- Advanced English language skills;
- Good computer (Microsoft Office, Internet, E-mail) skills;
- Client oriented;
- Problem solving skills;
- Logical thinking and initiative.
