RESPONSABILITATI

-Providing high quality and timely responses to inbound and outbound phone calls and to customer inquiries via emails
-Advising customers on the correct solution for their requirements
- Validate entitlement, assisting customers with unit diagnosis and troubleshooting
-Entering data and providing information with high degree of integrity
-Take complete ownership of all customers issues until resolution and ensure timely follow up on all commitments
-Supporting the company in a complete understanding of our client issues technical services; command thorough knowledge of all company products and services and departmental procedures
- The program is Monday-Sunday shifts (also includes night shifts)


CERINTE

-Education - Bachelors Degree is preferred
-Fluent in Spanish (advanced level)
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills, customer service skills, and positive phone manner
-Attention to details
-Ability to solve urgent matters and work under pressure
-Enjoy troubleshooting and seeking answers to difficult problems
-Previous experience in a call centre transaction or customer service process would be an advantage
