Main Purpose of Job:
To provide a professional, friendly telephone customer service providing accurate information, to new and existing customers, on our client's products and services.
Main Tasks:
- Accurately and securely identify customers and provide information about their prepaid payment card account.
- Deal with queries and requests from customers in a positive and professional way.
- Speak to customers clearly and put them at ease.
- Show customers that you are willing and enthusiastic at all times.
- Show customers respect at all times and under any circumstances.
- Follow organizational and operating procedures and instructions in a willing and helpful way.
- Ensure all processes and procedures are fully adhered to and processed within the associated service levels.
- Protect customers and the business from financial crime and fraud.
- Maintain strict confidentiality relating to customers and the organization.
Excellent knowledge of spoken English
- Clear English accent with a dialect or accent that is comprehensible to UK customers.
- Use of English language in a business environment.
- 6 months (minimum) experience in a Customer Services call center environment preferably within the payment card or financial services industry.
- Ability to correctly follow operating procedures.
- An enthusiastic and pro-active individual with commitment and resilience.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a track record as a Customer Service Advisor in a sales or service environment.
- Ability to build strong rapport with UK customers.
- Satisfactory background and criminal record checks.
