Role:
Responsible to ensure the orders processing from his assigned customers, the correspondence regarding the promotional activities and complaints.
Tasks:
- ensures the processing of the assigned orders in the operating system (SAP) for the allocated customers (Laundry & Home Care division);
- processes in SAP orders for promotional materials and products;
- issues return and correction invoices according to the information sent/approved by direct manager/ sales managers/ logistics manager;
- issues delivery notes and invoices, in cases established by the direct manager, according to particularities and requirements of Division activities;
- faxes, sends my mail and e-mail invoices;
- checks the status of processed orders: delivery and invoicing;
- informs clients regarding stock availability for products;
- prepares procurement orders, sends orders to suppliers and/ or responsible departments, when needed;
- prepare, updates files, reports, price lists, etc regarding procurement activities, if necessary;
- checks every goods receiving to ensure that products and delivery comply with the order specifications;
- monitors and follows the legal requirements;
- other tasks requested by direct manager.
- ensures support for all kind of special Sales Projects
- maintain sales files in an accurate and timely manner
- ensures support for KAMs to prepare: 1. Internal meetings (e.g. update files, gather information and prepare presentations / reports); 2. Meetings with buyers (e.g. help prepare presentations); 3. International reporting and workshops (e.g. updating files, gather information, prepare analysis);
- PC good knowledge ( MS Office, email);
- Work experience in operating systems ( SAP – advantage);
- English – writing/reading/ speaking: very good;
- Good knowledge of products.
