• Offering customer support to clients around the globe;
• Assisting and counseling Nobel customers over the phone and via email;

• Advanced English speaking and writing skills; "acceptable" is not acceptable;
• Punctuality, willingness to work in shifts (especially afternoon and night shifts);
• Excellent communication skills and patience;
• Fun to be around with;
