• To provide effective customer service with regard to customer satisfaction, within company procedure rules and local legal requirements.
• To provide outbound customer service (new products, sales promo, sell-out, etc)
• To follow claims together with sales and traffic departments, to inform customer about claim status, archive all documents related to claims
• To file and document customer service and supply process under given instructions
• To undertake special assignments as directed by manager
Purpose of the position:
• To provide effective customer service with regard to customer satisfaction, within company procedure rules and local legal requirements. Archive all documents according to internal and local legal requirements
• To follow claims together with sales dpt. , warehouse and traffic dpt. and PPS, to inform customer about claim status, archive all relevant documents related to claims
• Support execution of Market Sales-and Supply Chain strategies by maximizing customer service satisfaction in-line and within agreed standards and SLAs
Requirements:
• One year of working experience
• Secondary degree
• Bulgarian- advanced level, English- intermediate/advanced level
• PC literacy, SAP desired
• Fluent English
• Communication skills
• Analytical skills
