We're based in Washington, DC, but most of our team members work remotely from every corner of the world, from the comfort and custom environment that only their own homes can provide. Our team in Romania consists of over 30 individuals.

Responsibilities include:
• Handling customer support (mostly by email): solving requests, answering questions and generally providing an excellent and prompt service for a great customer experience
• Help out in other departments with various tasks: including sorting/identifying candidates to cover HR needs, calling candidates to provide/request extra information and schedule interviews, contribute to content moderation team etc
• Perform administrative tasks (schedule interviews, keep track of events etc)


CERINTE

• Very good spoken/written English skills are a must
• Excellent attention to detail
• Organized, hardworking, reliable
• Experience in online customer service, moderation or translation are a plus

Expected work schedule is 45-50 hours/week Monday to Friday. Some overlap with U.S. EST business hours is required, so expect a work schedule that starts in the afternoon.
