RESPONSABILITATI

DATA PROCESSING

Overall goal of this part of the job: provides help to the team; in charge of some internal processes related to data management.


Tasks:
- Help with data cleaning (running simple macros if necessary, coding)
- Coding companies for databases
- Registration of survey participants – keeping survey participant list updated
- On the shelve products – handling orders, printing questionnaires/workbooks, materials

MARKETING

Overall goal of this part of the job: supporting team by handling all necessary processes related to marketing campaigns.

Tasks:
- participate on organization of feedback seminar
- providing local marketing support, making sure there is always enough materials ready for account managers’ meetings
- Formatting offers/presentations, document preparation (contracts, agreements)

ADMINISTRATION

Overall goal of this part of the job: delegate routine task from Account Manager to someone else.

Tasks:
- preparing standard agreements, offers and handling order forms
- support with offers and projects – getting list of participants, searching in clients’ data
- introduce the invoice details in the system
- business trip arrangements for travels of Account Manager
- translation of documents English – local language (both ways), various translations linked to new products


CERINTE

REQUIREMENTS

- Student at Economics or Sociology
- Good knowledge of PC (Windows, Office, Outlook)
- Analytical and synthetic thinking, ability to interpret and process the information
- Good communication skills, pro-activity and team-work
- 3 months with the possibility of extension
