-Coordinate the daily business with the customers, ensuring the accurate processing of orders, from the reception till the payment collection (forecasts, ERP bookings, orders confirmations, work-in-progress and stocks, dispatch, export documents);
-Manage relationships with customers by providing support, information, and guidance, for to achieve customer expectations;
-Handle customer requirements and complaints, internally cooperating with other departments (Planning, Logistics, Quality, Finance);
-Monitor day-to-day activities and actions between the Sales team and customers (offers, price lists, invoices, projects follow-up);
-Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information.
-Proven experience in a similar role within a B2B company (packaging industry would be an advantage);
-Very good proficiency in MS Office suite and in English language;
-A strong detail-oriented mindset, capable of judging multiple priorities, with ability to work under pressure and to meet goals and deadlines;
-Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, willingness to learn and develop together with the Sales and Customer Service team;
-Clear communication skills, calmness, patience, attentiveness, positive language, tenacity, persuasion skills, ability to handle surprises.
-Fixed salary plus a performance-related annual bonus;
