Role and responsibilities:
- To take ownership of user problems and be proactive when dealing with user issues;
- Logging / verifying customer details;
- Strong interpersonal skills are a prerequisite;

We are looking for a Customer Relations Representative that would like to develop his/her career in a global outsourcing company.
Profile:
- Fluent communication skills in English and one of the following: German/French//Dutch /Swedish;
- At least 6 months experience in call center;
- Excellent telephone manner;
- Good communication (written & oral), presentation skills, quick learner, self-initiated, team player,open to work in shifts.
