RESPONSABILITATI

Responsible for driving marketing activity across all functions to ensure that results on the assigned therapeutical area are achieved.
Responsible for marketing budget according to the product/business plan.
Assess and analyze complex market place issues and develop clear understanding of both internal and external environment.
Builds relationships with all functions impacted in business environment (Internal and External), effective facilitation of Brand Team meetings.
Monitors potential the product has for the long and short term, while consulting wider key opinion leader community.
Monitors product sales against the market, business planning, key driver within the Product Brand Team.
Actively provides support to the field force and ensures that plans are implemented.
Understands larger market place, including suppliers, customers and competitors.


CERINTE

Min. 2 years experience in marketing positions.
Experience in selling and/ or marketing of ethical or consumer products/services, preferably in metabolics/diabetes.
Experience in working directly with customers, including activities eg tenders and contracts.
Experience of developing and implementing a commercial plan, i.e. territory plan, marketing plan.
Experience of communicating to lots of different audiences in various formats.
Awareness on impact of Government policies.
Market analysis and Planning process.
Leadership experience, i.e. empowering others and influencing them to get things done.
Exposure to Key Opinion Leaders.
