RESPONSABILITATI

1.Answering phone calls and dealing with them promptly, efficiently and with empathy to ensure a positive experience for our customers;
2.Assuming responsibility and ownership for all relevant customer queries;
3.Closing sales B2B and B2C sectors;
4.Contributing positively towards the achievement of performance targets


CERINTE

Studies: Medium or Superior studies
Foreign languages: German and French (English is a plus)
PC literacy
Previous experience: Experience in customer services / call center
Client oriented attitude.

1.Communication skills level needed: excellent communication skills (speaking and writing)
