The role of this position is to act as a client relationship manager for the allocated schools by connecting qualified MBA candidates with Business Schools. This role involves Call Center responsibilities as follows:

Contacting via phone or e-mail a broad range of potential MBA candidates to inform them about our global events.

Developing a thorough understanding of postgraduate education; in particular the MBA Industry.

Reviewing a high volume of CVs and profiles of candidates who have registered for the events and assessing their suitability for international business schools and their MBA programs.

Providing consultations for high profile candidates who have demonstrated an interest in advancing their careers through business education and advising them on the MBA options most suitable for their needs.

Following up with candidates to book them into face to face meetings with schools, ensuring a high conversion rate of registrations to booked interviews.

Assisting prospective candidates via phone or e-mail with advice on MBA programs, the GMAT, university specific entry requirements and funding options.

Continuously updating the internal database with the most relevant information on MBA programs, university admissions criteria and client contact details

Assisting other members of the team with ad hoc tasks during busy periods

Possibility to attending QS events when required.


CERINTE

• A Resilient self-starter, with sales, call center or recruitment experience
• Knowledge of the Higher Education/MBA Industry would be a bonus
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Advanced level of English mandatory, any other language would be a plus.
• Results Oriented Individual
• Good Organizational time management skills, including a strong attention to detail.
• Computer Literate with a good knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word; PowerPoint)
• Experienced in working with CRM programs or databases would be a plus
• Someone who enjoys, spending time on the phone or in correspondence through emails with international students who require advice
