RESPONSABILITATI

Coordination and motivation of the Controlling Team, being responsible for planning, monitoring, analyzing, cost accounting and general controlling activities;
Secure that all activities within Controlling are performed with high efficiency in compliance with legal requirements, corporate policies and directives;
Presentation of the financial analysis of the general profit and loss in order to monitor gross profit and key financial performance figures of the Company;
Provide high-quality focused financial information to business leaders to support the profitable development of the region;
Effective management of the budgeting and the forecasting process;
Elaboration of the strategic business plans;
Cost center analysis reports to senior management;
Review and take action on KPI results; monthly reconciliation;
Coordination of ongoing development of financial systems, including implementation of financial software;
Development and implementation of controlling tools;
Management accounts, cost controlling, performance and evaluation analysis, profitability analysis etc.;
Support to the CFO for company's regarding planning and controlling related matters;
Handle customer and Internal employee interactions in a professional manner.


CERINTE

University Degree in Economy or other relevant subjects;
Minimum 4-5 years of experience in a similar position;
Highly organized, task focused, and adept at juggling multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment;
Familiarity with project management methodologies; understanding of scope, requirement gathering, dependencies, and scheduling work;

Independent thinker with interpersonal and presentation skills;
Strong interpersonal, communication, presentation and negotiation skills;
Confident, ambitious and approachable;
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel;
Fluent in English;
Experience in retail industry or e-commerce sites would be an advantage.
