Job Description:

The mission of the Content Administrator is to populate the internal documents data base (W-Esperanto) with information for all products in the concerned business, with the expected quality (time, completeness and accuracy). To do this he/she will rely on the work prepared by the Content Manager:

¿Follow the planning prepared by the Content Manager;
¿Execute the process validated by the Content Manager and approved by the Operations Manager;
¿Initialize W-Esperanto, collaborate in the data acquisition, data validation translation & localization;
¿Report to the Content Managers all the issues that might appear (quality problems, lack of responsiveness from the stakeholders, delay in any aspect or absence plan);
¿Report to the Content Manager the new needs;
¿Use W-Esperanto report to check the content quality;


CERINTE

Candidate¿s profile:

¿Bachelor¿s or undergraduate degree in Information Systems or Content Management;
¿Technical experience using database, content and web based applications;
¿Fluency in English and excellent communication skills;
¿Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook);
¿Self motivated, flexible, enthusiastic and able to work under pressure unsupervised;
¿Organized, able to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks;
¿Team work, ability to multitask and to effectively and creatively solve problems;
¿Rigor, accuracy and flexibility.
