RESPONSABILITATI

• Maintain and configure Contact Center solutions in accordance with defined objectives (quality, security, time schedule, cost) ;
• Development and testing of Contact Center functionalities;
• Assistance in drawing up and validating technical specifications ;
• Writing of documentation and procedures/ documenting the source code with comments and writing technical documentation;
• Implementing corrective actions ;
• Reporting on progress, issues and problems to the supervisor; providing lessons learned and giving suggestions to optimize the work processes;

Successful candidates will be experienced IT professionals and will become part of a team of highly qualified professionals involved in the implementation of Contact Center solutions.

Profile Required:
The selected candidate will become part of a team in charge with the implementation of Contact Center solutions according to the given requirements specification, using specific guidelines and methodology.


Technical skills:
- University Degree in Computer Science or other relevant discipline
- Minimum 2 years Call Center experience
- Minimum 2 years experience in IT&C, IT Operations or Programming profile
- Programming skills: Basic knowledge of Java (preferable), SQL, .NET
- Telephony knowledge: TDM, VoIP architectures
- Databases knowledge (Oracle, MS SQL)
- OS knowledge (Unix, Win)

Is an advantage:
- Genesis/Avaya/Nortel/Cisco Contact Center Trainings or Certifications
- IVR experience/knowledge
- Voice recording knowledge
- Voice GW experience
- Fluent in English
