RESPONSABILITATI

Handling of information calls and creating sales proposals fitting the needs of the end-customer;
Tracking information as well as creating insurance policies in the relevant applications;
Monitoring the sales results together with the Team-Leader in order to improve the effectiveness of sales proposals;
Participation in training courses;
Involvement in project work.


CERINTE

Native Italian (spoken & written), fluent English (spoken & written);
University degree and 1-3 years work experience in similar position;
Strong selling experience matured in a contact center environment or strong sales skill capacity;
Can do mentality / result oriented;
Flexible and proactive mentality;
High communication and interpersonal skills;
Knowledge of insurance business, ideally in sales;
Stress resistance;
Personal organization capacity;
Problem solving attitude;
Good MS Office Skills;
Team spirit.
