Profil candidat:
- Studii universitare juridice finalizate;
- Master / studii postuniversitare de specialitate juridica – reprezinta un avantaj;
- Minimum 4 ani experienta intr-o functie juridica (consilier, avocat), din care 1 an experientarelevanta in domeniul leasing-ului.
- Cunoasterea legislatiei societatilor comerciale si a celei specifice industriei serviciilor financiare (tip IFN) si leasing-ului; cunoasterea legislatiei in domeniul insolventei si executarii silite.
- Limba engleza – nivel foarte bun (conversational, scris, citit);
- Abilitati de operare PC (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel);
- Integritate, team –player;
- Gandire logica si creativa, capacitate de analiza si sinteza a informatiilor;
- Excelente abilitati de comunicare; orientare catre rezultate.
