He should know how to debug SW clients, understands features functionality and be able to work on several short projects (different versions and requests ) in parallel .
He should have good communication skills, as he will be involved and communicating with the Dev. team for support purposes as well and debugging sessions with external teams (casino/Poker)
Configuration– a junior developer with technical background and computer skills with some level of XML and Flash (an advantage). He will be responsible for the client configuration, creative changes (the technical part of it) and the build machine.
