Our job opportunity is a chance to expand your knowledge in an international company specialized in waste water treatment.
As a COMMERCIAL PROJECT MANAGER your main responsibilities will cover:
* Contract management for commercial aspects
* Preparation and negotiation of contracts (national and international)
* Commercial support for project teams in terms of project development during tendering process and execution phase
* Supervision of commercial issues of local parts of the projects
* Commercial Risk Management during all project phases
* Analyzing, evaluation and forecasting current status against an established baseline schedule
* Performing analytical review and arithmetic checks of cost reporting documentation
* Influencing project team members to effectively use tools and processes.
The successful candidate should have the following attributes:
* University degree in economics/commercial studies or equivalent
* Experience in a construction company/real estate developer/general entrepreneur is a must!
* At least 3 years’ experience in a similar position in a multinational company
* Good communication skills and ability to contact and relate with international auditors
* Availability to travel to project sites whenever required (Place of employment: Bucharest)
* Knowledge of tax legislation and local and international commercial law is an advantage
* Fluent in English; another foreign language of our market regions is in advantage
* Competent computer literacy (MS-Office, IFS, Power Point etc.)
* Able to effectively manage multiple activities simultaneously
* Ability to solve problems, take initiative and work independently.
