RESPONSABILITATI

I. Job Scope
 Manage all financial and fiscal management aspects of company operations. Provide leadership and coordination in the administrative, business planning, accounting and budgeting efforts of the company. Report to the Board of Directors and interact with the management team to provide consultative support to planning initiatives through financial planning, analysis, forecasts, reports and recommendations.

II. Responsibilities
 Coordinate the preparation of financial statements, financial reports, special analyses, and information reports in accordance with IFRS
 Oversee all company accounting practices, including accounting departments, preparing budgets, tax
 Ensure accounting and reporting is being performed correctly and accurately
 Ensure all financial statutory reports are develop accounting policies, procedures and practices in compliance with applicable accounting standards and company’s policies and practices
 Report financial results to the board of directors
 Liaise and report with clients
 Analyse and improve the financial control procedures
 Approve the investment strategy
 Participate at controlling, reporting and review of controlling reports, generally controls
 Develop financial and tax strategies
 Review all appropriate monthly financial reports and notify management of any issues
 Analyze cash flow, cost controls, incomes and expenses
 Ensure efficient budget/forecasting and strategic plan processes
 Manage the capital request and budgeting processes
 Oversee financial management of operations to include developing financial and budget policies and procedures
 Manage the personnel and staffing issues (financial, accounting, IT, administration and HR)
 Effectively manage the human resources of the organization according to authorized personnel policies and procedures that fully conform to current laws and regulations
 Keep abreast of laws, regulations and government requirements as they relate to Financial and other corporate issues
