Certification Manager

RESPONSABILITATI

• Ensure the reliability and efficiency of inspections, certificates and certification preocesses applied within the areas he has been assigned according to the EU and NOP organic regulation;
• Ensure the consistency and reliability, including competences and impartiality of certification practices and certification decisions, the Certification Manager is responsible for the certification decisions and sign the certificates;
• Monitor the definition, implementation and development of certification procedures and rules for EC and NOP organic certification;
• Monitor the implementation of the changes in the regulation / the standard;
• Evaluate the effectiveness of the implementation;
• Take the decision with the Certification Officer in case of complex or unusual decisions on a case by case basis;
• Manage the decision on first appeals with the Advisory Commitee and scheme manager;
• Collaborate with the relevant managers (Quality Manager, Analysis Manager, juridical department) on claims, particularly for positive results/alert cases and the misuse of brand;
• Work in collaboration with the quality department to achieve, maintain the accrediations, particularly for the organization and preparation of audits and definition, implementation and development of corrective action plan;
• Collaborate with the regulation department to ensure an efficient regulation monitoring on EC and NOP standards;
• Regular supervision of files;
• Corrective actions if needed, additional training, modification of qualification, disqualification, etc.;
• Realization of statistics when needed;
• Participate / manage to the Advisory commitee;
• External relations (trainings, meetings, fairs).
