•Contacting the bailiffs and being responsible for the entire procedure;
•Deciding the strategy and the collections steps (legal or amicable) for all the cases assigned;
•Analyzing every case and establishing the best solutions for the collection procedure to maximize the results and achieve the objectives;
•Contacting the external collaborators for the recovery procedure;
•Contacting debtors – individuals - to recover debts;
•Identifying potential buyers / investors for the buildings brought in warranty and the establishment an adequate promotion plan;
•Analysis and reporting activities;
•University degree in law;
•Minimum 3 years experience in bank / financial institution;
•Minimum 1 year experience in collection - B2B/ B2C and in retail area;
•Developing specific goals and plans to prioritize, organize, and accomplish your work;
•Analyzing information and evaluating results to choose the best solution and solve problems;
•Creativity, attention to detail, ability to work independently and in a team;
