Responsibilities:

• Offer support to MBA applicants
• Follow up with candidates to book them into meetings with schools via email campaigns and phone calls, ensuring a high conversion rate of registrations to booked interviews
• Attend events and run events schedules, where required


CERINTE

We are seeking for a talented, motivated and energetic professional with good communication skills. The successful candidate must have:
- Minimum 2 years experience in call center field
- Fluent English
- Good understanding of the MBA or business schools market ( preferable)
- Written and oral communication skills over the phone with prospective students
- Attention to detail, good listening skills
- Customer oriented approach
- Results driven and prioritization skills
- Confident business manner and ability to learn quickly
