RESPONSABILITATI

• Informs the customers about new services or promotions offered by the company (must know the offers available in the shops, Domo catalogue and online on www.domo.ro )
• Takes customers requests and complaints by phone or email, registers them in internal applications and solves them
• Maintains contact with Domo employees or third parties in order to solve customer complaints
• Maintains contact with local service center and other partners
• Gives an answer to the client in maximum 48h, for serious problems, and maximum 2h, for problems easy to solve
• Processes phone orders and online orders, registers them into the system and processes them according to the established procedures
• Other reports


CERINTE

• Middle/higher education
• Proficiency in English
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Minimum 6 months of experience on a similar position
• Customer orientation
• Very good communication skills and quick learning, adaptability
• Intuitive person, enthusiastic, dynamic, organized
• Resistance to stress and attention to details
• Good diction
