RESPONSABILITATI

You will spend much of your day on the phone – making outbound cold calls to generate leads for our field senior sales team located in Dubai. You will contact mid to senior level professionals on behalf of our company and so a professional and skilled approach is essential at all times.

• Follow up leads to ensure maximum new business generation
• Conduct basic research into named industry segments so as to be able to make an informed call
• Identify and remain up to date on industry trends and potential business

You will also need to be self-motivated and positive – sometimes our approaches are not well-received – but the next call could be the next lead for our field senior sales team and make you and the campaign above target.

The office hours will be 09:00 - 18:00, from Sunday to Thursday.

• Individual work contract: 1st contract is for 1 month, then the 2nd contract is for 3 months and the 3rd contract is for undetermined period

Povestea noastra incepe in Bucuresti, in anul 2013, ca un Call-Center profesionist, specializat in Cold Calling, avand ca obiectiv principal cresterea vanzarilor unei mari companii internationale de investitii. Am continuat sa ne dezvoltam datorita experientei si creativitatii echipei noastre tinere de management, combinand 25 de ani de experienta in industria de contact-center cu mai mult de 150 de ani de experienta in vanzari si antreprenoriat. In acest moment avem birouri in Romania, Dubai si Hong-Kong, si alaturi de specialistii nostri, 60 FTE la numar, putem oferi servicii de BPO complete companiilor din intreaga lume. INARI in cifre: 70 de statii de lucru in 3 tari, ocupate de 85 de agenti, responsabili de 3.800.000 de apeluri pe an, dintre care 1.200.000 apeluri outbound in Engleza, Romana, Spaniola, Italiana, Araba, Urdu, Hindi si Cantoneza.
