Your tasks:
Help us to exceed our customers' expectations again. With your personal commitment you will be responsible for:
-Telephonic advice to our private customers
-The written handling of customer concerns
-Increase customer satisfaction through fast and efficient handling of requests
-The sale of telephony, internet and Entertain TV products
Your knowledge, skills and abilities:
-Fluent in German language
-Fun to advise customers and to sell products
-Friendly and communicative on the phone (inbound calls only)
-Commercial training and / or experience in call center area (advantage)
Working hours can be flexible!
